Current Operating System: Linux leifb-dtop 5.10.141-1-MANJARO #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Sep 5 10:15: x86_64 Try -G -displayĪnd here is my Xorg log: (-) Log file renamed from "/var/log/" to "/var/log/Xorg.0.log" Unloaded: modesetting gpu: N/A tty: 128x48 Not sure if this is a problem: Graphics:ĭevice-1: AMD Navi 22 driver: N/Aĭisplay: server: X.org v: 1.21.1.4 with: Xwayland v: 22.1.3 driver: X: loaded: radeon Inxi -G does list the new GPU, but says driver: N/A. I plan to upgrade the rest of the system soon but thought that using the new Graphics card for now should not be a problem. Not sure if it is relevant, but the new card is PCI 4, while my motherboard has PCI 3. #Driver ati firemv 2250 drivers#I quickly uninstalled the Nvidia drivers using mhwd and installed video-linux instead (using the tty). When I booted, Xorg did not start, which I somewhat expected. ![]() I did not prepare at all and just replaced the Cards. I just replaced my old Nvidia GPU (GTX 970) with a new AMD GPU (Radeon RX 6700 XT). ![]()
